I’ve been promising my husband Bread Chhole Chaat for a couple of weeks now 🥶 so what better time to try out the Traditional Amritsari Chhole from Archana’s Kitchen?
I’d not soaked the channa overnight so I soaked it by 10 am and had it ready to cook by evening.
It’s a really simple recipe, easily tackle-able on a weeknight. Once done, spread it on a slice of your preferred bread and garnish it with onions, coriander, and lime 🙂
